There are various processes where temperatures and other operating parameters in the oven must be controlled accurately in real-time with minimal delays. Taking a metal curing process as a viable example, we must acknowledge that the production of adhesives or various polymers materials and their bonding to the metal surface is a highly temperature-sensitive process. Epcon Industrial Systems custom engineered and manufactured this to  industrial oven for the aerospace industry. The oven, which has two combustion chambers located on top and three guillotine doors, will be used to process airplane parts . It is approximately 15 feet wide x 15 feet high x 40 feet long. Each 20-foot section of the oven can operate independently or as a single unit, providing flexibility in the line.
